Gross domestic product (GDP) in the first quarter of 2023 was estimated to increase by 3.32% over the same period last year, only higher than the growth rate of 3.21% in the first quarter of 2020 in the period 2011-2023.

Gross domestic product (GDP) in the first quarter of 2022 was estimated to increase by 5.03% over the same period last year, higher than the growth rate of 4.72% in the first quarter of 2021 and 3.66% in the first quarter of 2020 but still lower than the growth rate of 6.85% in the first quarter of 2019.
